Alex will be hosting workshops on the basics of nutrition, mobility sessions, workshops on how to stay motivated, morning workouts along with a personalised small group training session. Our resident private chef will be hosting a cookery workshop full of ideas for you to try at home, whilst cooking up a storm to keep you fuelled for the weekend.
