27th-29th April 2018
Prepare yourself, we are shutting you down. Come and escape with us for a weekend where we will be disconnecting from the outside world to reconnect with ourselves. Spend quality time with the incredible Hazel Wallace who will be running a workout and cookery demonstration, combined with taking that much needed time out for yourself enjoying mobility and stretch classes, meditation, mindfulness and gratitude exercises, walks through the countryside, along with evenings in playing old school games.
Escape with us for a weekend of gratitude, reflection, focus on the self, stepping away for the stress of everyday life and constantly being plugged in. We will be implementing a ‘no phones’ policy for 24 hours, handing in your phone to fully emerge and engage with yourself.
The wonderful Richie Norton, aka The Strength Temple will be taking you through group mobility and movement sessions to wake up your body and mind, whilst teaching you breathing exercises and tips you can take home and include within your daily routine, to start you on a journey of finding mindfulness in your everyday life.
If all of this wasn’t enough, we know how important incredible home cooked food is and our personal chef, will be cooking up a storm, filling your bellies with delicious mouth watering food, made using whole, natural ingredients to keep you fuelled for the weekend.
Our stunning venue, is a Georgian property in Somerset which has entertained friends since 1797! This beautiful house has 4 acres of grounds providing a wonderful secluded location for you to escape, relax and unwind. All of the bedrooms have been individually designed and themed, to make your stay extra special.
This former Mill owners’ mansion will nestle you within a balance of contemporary comfort and fascinating original historic features. Tone Dale House has been awarded the maximum 5 star rating and prestigious Gold Award from Visit England.
A Replenish You retreat would not be complete without an incredible goodie bag full of Hazel’s favourite brands such as Yogi Bare, Origins, Form Nutrition, Squirrel Sisters, Spoon Cereals and more!

Kimberly Parsons; is the Author of ‘The Yoga Kitchen’, a public speaker, professionally trained Naturopath, Chef and Lecturer. As ‘The Yoga Chef’ I believe deeply that our health is our own responsibility and should never be handed over to someone else to ‘fix’. I stand by those who trust their gut and use intuition as their arsenal in life. I am a very good listener and recognise that it’s always about my friends and clients, not about me; but if you ask me my opinion and offer me a space in which to speak my wisdom, although I will always respect your opinion I will speak authentically.
Above all, I am real when it counts and truth is my guide. My definition of holistic health includes sleeping more than we do and weekend bike rides for a Sunday roast, green juice and cuddles with your cat, morning ginger shots and popcorn at the movies, really good Italian gelato and a healthy relationship with our own sense of self-worth. It’s a balancing act we all play and only sometimes do we get it all to align. www.kimberly-parsons.
